Our structure, where we are pleased to welcome you, is part of the Palazzo Albergamo . The building was built by the homonymous family between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. Already at the time the building housed a hotel and the renowned family pastry shop and it was precisely among these premises that little Francesco Albergamo took his first steps , who many years later became a pioneer of the philosophy of science in Italy, working closely with Benedetto Croce. The building was later acquired by the Municipality of Favara and the premises were used to house an elementary school.
